If the purchased product is defective due to manufacturing defects, the customer is entitled to claims for a full year. please fill out our warranty form and our customer service team will respond to your request.

What is your international returns policy?
At VAKAY, we guarantee the quality of our eyewear. If you are not happy with your glasses, simply contact us for a refund or a replacement. We offer a 14-Day Fit & Style guarantee which allows customers to make an equal exchange or return with no questions asked. VAKAY eyewear purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
How should I take care of my Vakay eyewear?
Every Vakay eyewear is treated with a special blend of non-allergenic and natural wood varnish. This protective coating helps the wood to prevent drying and cracking.It is recommended that Vakay eyewear is constantly kept in a safe place. If you are not wearing them, keep them in a hard case. Also you have to keep them in a place where temperature doesn’t exceed 40°C. FOr exemple don’t forget them in your care if your car is exposed to the sun.
